The Shove-It (or varial) is a basic move; it's the second move I
learned how to do, and it's the second move most people know how
to do.
You want to start the move in the basic ollie stance. But this
time, when you ollie, you want to swing the nose of the board in
the direction you are facing. ( Clockwise for regular-foot,
counter-clickwise for goofy-foot.) You being an ollie, but, this
time, don't just slide your foot: push the board with your heel,
which will cause it to rotate 180 degrees. Stay above the board,
and land on it with bent knees.
